A bank receptionist shoulders the responsibilities of projecting the bank's services and products in a way that attract people for banking. She is the only person through which customer service can be judged due to being the first person to contact and approach. Whether a customer is calling or visiting the bank, it is the receptionist with whom he will speak and meet first.
